Bikram Yoga is always Hot Yoga!

Bikram Yoga postures systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to 1 hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy condition, just as Nature intended.

Yoga is the original hot yoga which has been featured in the press as well as on television, famous for it's miraculous healing ability. It's a very specific 90 minute number of 26 yoga postures and breathing exercises taught in 105' heat.
