Skin Moisturizer

One of the most important thing to do in winter season is to keep your skin moisturizer and that you can do so by applying branded skin moisturizers to name a few ingredients of useful moisturizers. Hanuka Oil and Jojoba Oil as all these natural ingredients can keep your skin moisturize for longer times and also will make your skin healthy as well.

Cucumber Pack

Cucumber works really well as a natural moisturizer and helps combat skin dryness. Applying a paste of cucumber on the face and washing off after half an hour improves skin tone and enhances softness.

Gentle Exfoliation

Exfoliate skin once or twice a week using a gentle exfoliating scrub. Try using a mild exfoliation body wash available in the market to keep skin smooth. Besides, do not exfoliate by rubbing the skin.  It can have adverse reactions especially on an extremely sensitive skin.

Healthy Fats

Healthy fats include Omega 3 fatty acids, mono saturated fats and poly saturated fats which are plentiful in nuts, soya bean, tofu, olives, and olive oil and so on. Include these foods in your lunch, as the Vata dosha can be prominently seen during afternoon.

Take in Liquids

Your body needs to be hydrated during winter to prevent the vata dosha from prevailing. You can do this by taking in warm liquids at regular intervals. Green tea and masala chai with a dash of lemon and ginger are recommended for winter. They will make you skin radiate and glow from winter and also provide your body with the necessary moisture.

Rose water is a common skincare remedy. People are using rose water for a number of beauty treatments since ages. Reduce Eye Puffiness

Cleanser

Add two spoons of glycerin and some drops of rose acrylic to a cup of rose water. Utilize it as a cleanser for your face. It's very gentle on your skin and helps to reduce chances of getting fine lines.

Skin Toner

Regular use of rose water like a toner can help prevent wrinkles (and, therefore, it can benefit prevent skin’s ageing), tighten pores and give a wonderful glow to the skin.
